Dramatic and fun black and white cotton cocktail dress! Features a fitted bust, elastic waist and pencil skirt with a sweeping peplum overlay. Fully lined, with a hidden center back zipper for closure. No pockets.

Fits like a modern size | Small. There is wiggle room for a size difference in the elastic waist. This dress is meant for someone with a very small bust and waist, and Medium sized hips!
